Alex Campos

Chief Executive Officer

With the qualification of being a dynamic leader who is capable of establishing and implementing profit-minded corporate strategies, Alex Campos is currently the CEO of Vensure, where he manages the day to day operation of the company. Mr. Campos also manages the system information that sells worker comp policies to employers, using his extensive knowledge in technology and understanding of operations. In addition, Mr. Campos is the president and COO of One World Mortgage Corporation, where he acquired experience in HUD approved lending. Mr. Campos also manages the closings of about 120 million dollars per year within the company.

 

Mr. Campos also has expansive experience working with computer software and technologies. He is the president of PC General Agency, Inc., a company that develops software systems for the insurance industry. From 1997-2004, Mr. Campos was the president of Team Systems, LLC, where he helped develop a retail agency system. He has experience with several computer languages and systems as well.
Prior to Vensure, Mr. Campos was also the President and COO of Getautoinsurance.com, LLC, a market auto insurance company, from 2005-2011. There, he managed the day to day operation of the company as well. Mr. Campos has also been the president of several consulting, financing, and insurance companies based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Mr. Campos attended Miami Dade Community College, where he took courses for A.A. Degree in Computer Sciences. He is the founder and president of the Miami Dade Chapter of Data Processing Management Association. Mr. Campos also completed additional Computer Science Coursework through Florida International University. Mr. Campos is also an active member of The Foundation Fighting Blindness and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Kara Childress

Chief Operating Officer

Kara has 15 years of consulting experience in finance and operations and over 20 years in public accounting. Much of her career has involved serving the accounting, audit and tax needs of staffing, employee leasing and insurance organizations.

 

From 2008 through 2013, she served as the outsourced/acting COO for a Dallas-based Property and Casualty Insurance Company. She was instrumental in developing insurance systems, electronic unit statistical reporting, processes and procedures for claims, underwriting and policy life cycle departments.

Kara has been a Texas licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2008. She is a 1998 graduate of University of Texas at Arlington where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting.

Bradley Isaacs

Chief Revenue Officer

Bradley comes to Vensure as a partner with Risk Transfer Insurance Agency with over 20 years’ experience providing P&C insurance and risk management consultation to the PEO industry and staffing industry. His expertise, industry relationships including vendors, insurance carriers, and PEO and staffing companies will be a huge asset to the Vensure team.

 

Over the past 20 years, Brad has been very involved in PEO and staffing industry associations such as NAPEO and ASA, where he maintains his knowledge about industry topics, education and trends. This allows him to not only be an invaluable resource for our clients, but also to assist PEOs and staffing companies in finding proper insurance resources and key vendors. He also actively presents at these conferences to teach PEOs and staffing companies best practices and how to make money on their workers compensation insurance.

 

Brad began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual Group in the company’s Commercial Markets division, where he quickly gained notoriety as a member of its Millionaires Club and Liberty Leaders. As recent as March 2018, Brad’s team at Risk Transfer Insurance Agency was honored and recognized nationally by Business Insurance as the 2018 U.S. Insurance Awards “Broker Team of the Year”.

 

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. He holds licensure as both a P&C 220 licensed agent and as a Life, Health and Variable Annuity Agent, 215 licensed. Brad also has obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.

 

Brad currently sits on the American Staffing Association’s Advisory Board for Workers Compensation and Risk Management has chaired committees there to create Best Practices for medical staffing, light industrial and other industry segments. Brad was also the insurance advisor for such staffing associations as Affiliated Staffing Professionals.

Phil Urso

Chief Sales Officer

Started in the PEO Industry in 1998 with Vincam Human Resources, an Hispanic owned business who was recognized as “Pioneers” in the PEO business.

 

We were acquired by ADP in 2000 and went on to grow & manage multiple territories for ADP TotalSource over a span of 12 years.

 

I followed my then CEO, Mike Maseda, to CoAdvantage, where together we grew the business to 90,000 WSE’s, before transitioning to Vensure Employer Services this year, where I remain excited for the growth and  bility to collaborate with the Latin Amercian community.
